A Beautiful Prayer When Someone Dies...

 السَـلاَمُ عَلَيــْكُم وَرَحْمَةُ اللهِ وَبَرَكـَاتُۃ
‎إِنَّا لِلّهِ وَإِنَّـا إِلَيْهِ رَاجِعون
اللَّهُـمَّ اغْفِـرْ لَهُ ، وَارْحَمْـهُ ، وَعَافِهِ ، وَاعْفُ عَنْـهُ ، وَأَكْـرِمْ نُزُلَـهُ ، وَوَسِّـعْ مُدْخَـلَهُ ، وَاغْسِلْـهُ بِالْمَـاءِ وَالثَّـلْجِ وَالْبَـرَدِ ، وَنَقِّـهِ مِنَ الْخَطَـايَا كَمَا نَـقَّيْتَ الـثَّوْبَ الأَبْيَـضَ مِنَ الدَّنَـسِ،وَأَبْـدِلْهُ دَارًا خَـيْرًا مِنْ دَارِهِ ، وَأَهْلًا خَـيْرًا مِنْ أَهْلِـهِ ، وَزَوْجًا خَـيْرًا مِنْ زَوْجِهِ ، وَأَدْخِـلْهُ الْجَـنَّةَ ، وَأَعِـذْهُ مِنْ عَذَابِ الْقَـبْرِ وَعَذَابِ النَّـارِ

My ........... has passed away. May the most forgiving lord enter him into jannah without any accountability ameen. May he be in the company of our beloved and His beloved صَلَّى اللّٰهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ. 
May Allah SWT protect him from the trials and the punishment of grave. May Allah SWT save him from the punishment of fire. May Allah SWT make his grave a garden from the gardens of jannah. May Allah SWT help him to answer Munkir Nakir correctly. 
 May Allah SWT expand his grave till horizon. May his grave be brighten with Nur. May he be dressed with the shroud of jannah and may he be perfumed with the fragrance of jannah. 
May Allah SWT give patience and tranquility to my ..........and rest of the family. 
It’s very tough and difficult time for all but specially for my....... and only Allah SWT can ease her pain. Please keep her as well in your dua. 
May Allah SWT unite ............. with all our relatives in jannah without any accountability ameen.
